What we will do with your complaint
- APOPO guarantees adequate and safe handling of your complaint.
- You will receive acknowledgment of receipt via email.
- Your complaint will be handled by our Complaints manager, who will contact you within the period of 1 month.
- Every complaint is treated confidentially.
- A complaint cannot be filed anonymously.
