By donating to APOPO as Monthly Adoption/Donation campaign (“we”, “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Monthly Adoption/Donation
Upon commencing a Monthly Adoption/Donation, you will contribute regularly to support our work.
The details of these services and benefits will be available on your account page under MY APOPO.
3. Cancelling Monthly Adoption/Donation
You may cancel your Monthly Adoption/Donation at any time by accessing the ‘MY APOPO‘ section of the website.
Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. Upon cancellation, your Monthly Adoption/Donation will be terminated, and you will not be billed for subsequent cycles.
4. Refunds
If you wish to request a refund for your Monthly Adoption/Donation, please contact us directly through the contact form provided on our website, under Contact-Us or by sending a refund request to herorats@apopo.org. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our discretion.
