KHAI IN THE FIELD

A Nose For Landmines

Khai is specially trained to detect landmines, allowing him to disregard scrap metal buried in the ground, unlike traditional metal detectors. When Khai identifies explosives, he alerts his handler by sitting next to the suspicious area.

A Rest In The Shade

Stationed in Ukraine, Khai has adapted well to his new surroundings. Like his handler, he requires regular breaks in the shade and ample fresh water to stay refreshed.

A Bond Like No Other

Khai and his handler share a strong bond, ensuring Khai follows every command with the intent to please. This obedience keeps Khai focused on his tasks while navigating active minefields.
