What we will do with your complaint

  • APOPO guarantees adequate and safe handling of your complaint. 
  • You will receive acknowledgment of receipt via email.
  • Your complaint will be handled by our Complaints manager, who will contact you within the period of 1 month.
  • Every complaint is treated confidentially. 
  • A complaint cannot be filed anonymously.
